Concerning war?

War is a necessary evil. Of course nobody likes it, but sometimes it's unavoidable. The words of Frederick Dougl exactly, "If there is no struggle, there is no progress". The war in Iraq, I don't agree with it, but I wouldn't demonize my own troops either. With this in consideration, shouldn't it be easy to state that not all war is good OR bad? No war is better than the other, just varying degrees of importance and necessity.
