My sister's getting married and i have to give a speech. any ideas on what to say?

i've only been to my own wedding and it was very simple. court house and small reception. no speeches. we didn't even have brides maids and groomsmen. i have no idea what to say at my sister's wedding. so does anyone have any tips, ideas, etc? please and thank you!
