Is it possible to take cles for all three of these subjects in college?

I'm going to be a senior in high school this year and I'm graduating mid-term, so I'd like to know what I'm going to do before December. I have a few things I was thinking about but I'd actually like to do all of them, but I'm not sure if it's possible. First off, I'm majoring in architectural Interior Design because I've always loved drawing and the aspect of creating the inside of a house and drawing it all out fascinated me. I want to minor in Photography because I've always taken a lot of picture with my friends and I and I thought it would be a fun thing to do. I also love writing, though, and I want to be able to do something with that. I thought about trying to become a free lance journalist since it doesn't take a certain schedule and I could do it during my free time between my interior design job and taking photos of people on the side. Would I be able to take cles for writing in college, too, if I'm already taking cl with interior design and photography? Or is that way too much? Thanks!
