What happens in Saudi Arabia?

i 'm not sure , i mean fasting is something between you and God, it 's not something you can detect using a radar and it's very easy to keep as a secret , or pretend to be fasting while you are not , or even claim to be sick or something , but i think there shouldn't be a legal punishment cos God said that there is no forcing when it comes to religion and God has left us the Choice and warned us from the consequences , cos we choose and we bare the consequences good or bad
