How often should I wash my poodles/ bichon frises?

No dog should be washed more then once a month. Every ten days is way too much. It strips the natural oils from their skin and fur, can actually damage the hair and cause it to split and break and become dull, and can actually cause them to get dirtier faster. If I were you, I would only wash them once a month. If their face gets dirty, they sell pet wipes that are non toxic and animal safe. Just use these to wipe the faces off and get the eye crustys off
