Fungal Infection Question?

We have no license to practice medicine and cannot diagnose someone's skin infection over the internet. It could be anything from detergent burn to athlete's foot to ringworm to scabies to a contact dermatitis allergy to something serious like impetigo or skin cancer. Without knowing what you're dealing with, there is absolutely no way to ess for level of contagion from finger to finger or player to player! If it only appears playing basketball, then I suggest you sterilize the sporting goods equipment with a disinfectant like hospital liquid Lysol or Pine-sol. Insist that all your playmates wash their hands with antibacterial soap before, during and after you play games with them as well. Wear protective gloves outside, and see a doctor if your cuts don't heal and/or keep recurring.
