3 days late almost 4 i have had 2 negative test. Could i still be pregnant?

Ok you can still be pregnant. Sometime it can take up to two weeks being late for a woman to get a positive. Take it in 3 days, first thing in the morning. First thing in the morning as the best results. If you still get a negative and still don't have a period call the doctor and go get a blood test done.
