Does this girl like me or am i wasting my time?

Theres this girl that goes to my college now that I have a crush on. About 3 months ago i got pretty drunk (blacked out some parts) and just poured my heart out to her. She ended up giving me her number that night but im not really sure what was going on. After that night though i didn't talk to her for a while and she would avoid eye contact with me. This is until about 2 weeks ago she walked by me looked directly into my eyes and then intentionally bumped into me on the way by. I took this as her being interested so I started talking to her at a party and asked her to dance After about a minute or so another guy (not boyfriend) pulled her off of me and i got flustered and left. I saw her the next weekend and i talked to her for about 3 minutes and then she got a call and said she had to leave with her friends. When i see her on campus she typically avoids and eye contact so I don't know what her position is. Im also shy so i don't want to just go up to her and talk to her and get denied.
