Graduated- now my old h.s. is refusing to release my transcripts OR UNENROLL ME! Is that even legal?

Yes, it is legal. What's the big deal, turn in the book. If you don't return the you're screwed. Mail it if you don't have transportation. Apparently your education is not that important to you.
