How do I get out of this situation with my parents?

I find myself in a kinda tough situation with my parents. I work in the window service business for my father (he's my employer). Three days ago I was at a customer's house doing a reglaze (changing the piece of gl in the sash) on a bottom sash. Somehow I managed to nearly drop the new gl, but I saved it, cutting my wrist in the process. It bled a little but it wasn't significant. When I came home I went in my room and emptied the contents of my pocket- 2 razor blades, used for cleaning the face of the gl, and a bloody napkin from the cut. I went down to the kitchen to pan fry a couple franks when my mom went in my room for whatever reason. She saw the razor blades and the bloody napkin and asked me about them. Then just as I was about to open my mouth and tell her about work she saw the cut on my wrist. After "talking it over" with my parents (a word was not allowed out of me, but I got to sit there and listen to them discuss how they saw this coming, that they should have reacted sooner, etc), I'm officially in counseling because apparantly I cut myself and I need professional help. Now I have this guy, who I swear I see in Home Depot everyday looking at the same lawnmower, asking me about all my problems in life and why I feel the need to commit self-injury and possibly suicide. Every Friday at 5 I get to drive over to this place 42 miles away, with my car and my gas, and I have a new limitation on how late I can work that day. How do I get out of this situation?
