I'm currently stuck in Bulgaria hoping to return to the U.S. ASAP to continue 12th grade. Details below.?

I'm born in the U.S. but I have a Bulgarian citizenship and have applied for a green card. Meanwhile, my last visa has expired in 2007 and since then I have been applying for advanced paroles (extensions of the visa). My last extension has been approved on June 17th but the USCIS doesn't know where it is and can't send it to me. The 14th Amendment states that anyone born in the US is a citizen unless he/she is a child of a diplomat. Unfortunately I don't have a status as a child of a diplomat despite my father's diplomatic status because my parents hadn't applied for one. Therefore I seem to be caught the 14th Amendment's loophole since I cannot be a citizen because of my father's status, but I AM natural-born WITHOUT the title of "child of diplomat" so I AM entitled to a citizenship. I need to get back to the US as soon as possible to finish 12th grade and apply for college/university, which includes doing SAT exams. To make matters worse, I cannot apply for a new visa because of my pending green card (even if I cancel the process, the fact that I applied for it will still prevent me) Can someone help me out please?
