Im having trouble enlisting in the Marines?

I am guessing you did not keep any paperwork from the court case. If you had a lawyer then get it from him. If not and the court shows no record of the violation then get something from the court showing no record or a printout from the court showing you as being clean. If he cannot make that work then go to a different recruiter who is willing to work. If that doesn't work then go see the army. SF is always looking for guys.
