Pain in Lower Right Abdomen?

I'd keep my eye on it. Since it was mild, only an annoyance, and brief, I wouldn't be too concerned. Every once in a while, our bowels can be irritated by the digestion process, producing mild, localized pain. A more diffuse or severe pain in that area would be concerning, particularly if coupled with swelling, tenderness, or rigidity. If it continues to bother you or otherwise interfere with your life, it deserves investigation and palliation. I would recommend visiting a health clinic where they can take a stool sample and run labs.
