Struggling with panic attacks.?

2 weeks ago i had my first ever panic attack. it was awful th feelings i felt. the week after the first attack i probably had about 3 smaller attacks and then last weeks i had bouts of anxiety but no attacks. Today i woke up, felt fine got in the car with my friends and girlfriend and in the car i could feel a panic attack swoop over me, my face went all tingely, my hands and feet went numb, i ***** breathe and thought i was gunna p out with my heart pounding so much. he dropped me off home and it turned into a mive panic attack shaking ***** talk/breathe everything u could think of, i thought i was a gonner. i finally calmed down about an hour later and fell to sleep...only to wake up now and feel like im on the edge of having another one.....im trying controlled breathing and it does help a small bit, but i feel like im just delaying it by doing this.....any other advice anyone can give? im so exhausted and tired of this feeling and people who have never had them before have no idea what its like....
