What's the best method with the quickest results when it comes to telekinesis/physcokinesis?

I kindly ask you not to post things like "you're and idiot for believing in this" or "This obviously doesn't exist" Really I don't need to hear that. That is your opinion which can't be proven and niether can mine so don't act like you know it doesn't exist.
